Nick Felisiak - Chairman & Co-founder, was a co-founder and software architect at Spider Systems. He bought out the Spider Software business after it was acquired by Shiva Inc. in mid 1995. He grew the business for a second time selling it to Artesyn Technologies in March 2000. As well as working in a non-executive capacity with several technology companies, Nick also serves on the advisory panel of Pentech Ventures.

Euan Mackenzie, CEO has over 15 years experience in the international software market. He has been a founder and director of several innovative UK and US technology companies including, Voxar & DesAcc Inc. His roles covered strategic and operational management, sales and marketing and software product development.
